We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, If you Received wrong Parcel According to Giving Instruction and your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchange/ Rules
In case you are delivered the wrong product.
In case the product delivered to you has some defect or issue.
If you receive an item in damaged/ broken, expired condition or any product that does not match its description, you can return it within 24 hours for replacement / exchange.
Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason. We will only exchange any product(s), if the product(s) received has any kind of manufacturing defect or Delivered Wrong Parcel.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. But if the mistake is at our end, then we will bear the shipping expense.
Refunds
The amount of any product will not be return.
Your faulty product is replace with new one within couple of days.
